Call Center Representative

Hours: 30-40 / week
Compensation: Hourly + Commission
Start Date: Immediate Opening Available

At BridgeCreek Office, our primary focus is providing a positive experience for our clients, as evidenced by our outstanding reviews on sites like Yelp & Google.

We are seeking a well-spoken individual to make outgoing phone calls and make product recommendations to prospective clients. This person should be a good multi-tasker and capable of working in a fast-paced, professional environment. Our call center rep(s) will be contacting qualified leads and building relationships with local business owners and franchisers who may need our products and services in the future. Previous experience in a call center or phone sales environment preferred.

 

Responsibilities

  • Inbound / Outbound calls
  • Develop extensive knowledge of our product & service offerings
  • Identify customer needs and make product recommendations
  • Create estimates, invoices, purchase orders, etc.

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, well-spoken and comfortable in a call center / phone sales position
  • Organized, even in fast-paced work environments
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Ability to work in a team environment with ambition and desire to learn!
  • Proficient computer skills including:
    • Intermediate typing skills (~40+ WPM)
    • Internet communication (email, chat, video chat, etc.)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center or sales experience
  • Available to work 30-40 hours/week during regular business hours (M-F ~8am-5pm)
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Not necessary, but a big plus!

  • Experience with office furniture
  • Bilingual – Spanish preferred
